Shipping Policy
We ship by the least expensive, reliable method available. This differs based on the item. We do not make profit on shipping and handling fees and will rebate overages greater than $5.00
Maker Policy
We fully stand by our craftsmanship and we expect 100% customer satisfaction. We will accept returns on items that have not be customized. Customer is responsible for return shipping and refunds are issued after items are received and inspected. Orders can be cancelled upon mutual agreement and any deposits will be fully refunded unless customization such as engraving has begun. If customization has started customer is responsible for those costs.
