Working on a project with Marco Butazzoni of MKN italy, is just an exciting thing to do. It's pretty much like, when you have an idea for a tattoo, and you go to your favorite tattoo shop to get it. Marco and his craftmen's team are here to help you have the best possible custom product. They told me what they can do; in or out of my budget; what would be the best final result, in giving me smart advices for my leather wallet. They always tried their best to include all the features that I wanted, by making adjustments, trying different sizes, etc.... for this wallet. And even more, the craftmen made 2 samples, just to give me an idea of how the final product will look like!!! Finally, after a couple of weeks of communication, we agreed on what became my custom leather wallet. I own now a high quality handmade leather wallet, that we made together; and that's a real one of a kind custom product. I highly recommand MKN Italy if you want a quality leather product made by professional and truly passionate craftmen.

Shipping Policy
SHIPPING ADDRESS Buyers are responsible for submitting a shipping address correctly. We aren't responsible for checking if your address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided we will not be able to refund your order unless the item is returned intact. If the item is returned the buyer is responsible for any cost to reship. HOW WE SHIP Products will be shipped to you directly from Italy. All goods are shipped to the USA using UPS with tracking. We can’t be responsible for delays if your package gets stuck in Customs. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. With tracking you can follow your item and schedule the delivery when you are at home. CUSTOM CHARGES Products will be shipped to you directly from Italy. Depending on your country, you may be subject to importation taxes and Customs fees.

Please note that you’re buying an Italian product, made in Italy by local artisans who are extremely skilled in their trade. We work hard with our artisans to ensure all of our products are free from any defects. Small irregularities guarantees the authenticity and uniqueness of the products and mustn’t be considered defects, however, on the rare occasions something might go wrong. In those cases, please contact us. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to refund purchases. Special orders, customized jewelry, select one-of-a-kinds, and sale or discounted items are considered Final Sale. We approve returns only if we shipped an item in error or if the item was defective when shipped, and only if you contact us within three calendar days after receiving an item. When contacting us, please include a detailed description and photos of defect(s). If we approve the return, we will provide you a return number and an address for return. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are sent within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified otherwise. Returned items should be unused and must be returned with original packaging, tags, dust bags and any enclosed documentation. Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
