Overall there was really good communication from her. The final product is well crafted and we are very happy with it. She was very good about responding to messages and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. The only hiccup was the ship date. We had spoken a lot about when I needed the piece, right from the beginning. She missed the date, but maintained that she had shipped it. When I received the package the shipping label clearly indicates she missed the date. Not sure why such great communication fell apart right at the end. Overall I would still recommend her, but was dismayed she missed the ship date (anniversary gift) and was not forthcoming with that information. She did ship it the next business day.

Shipping Policy
Area served: Everywhere Shipping Methods: We use USPS Priority Mail with tracking number with every purchase, we can do rush mail to accommodate customer's request.
Maker Policy
Project Cancellations need to be notified right away, if the project is already started there will be no refund on the payment already made but no further payment will be necessary. Refunds, returns, and cancellations are only applicable to already made items. No returns or refunds for “custom” projects.
