Mar 7, 2016Mark was incredibly professional. This was unlike most of my interactions with tradesmen. Mark was awesome at communicating what he could and could not do. He even came up with some suggestions when initially his solution wasn't quite what I wanted. He sent updates and was happy to show an example of the product ahead of time. He delivered ahead of schedule and even went the extra mile to throw in a tool to help with installation (which was beyond the scope of the project). He cut some numbers for me out of steel. I highly recommend working with Mark.

We modified several times and he proposed several excellent ideas that ended up perfecting this project. The product I received was of unbelievable quality!!!! May 27, 2016Mark and Freelance Customs were great to work with! We included a picture of what we were looking for and he matched it to a T. He called and talked things through just to make sure we were on the same page ahead of time which was very helpful and put our minds at ease as we knew we were getting what we were expecting.
