Foster Fine Furniture
Here at Foster Fine Furniture we make heirloom quality furniture from either our own designs, or designed with our customers, to meet your specific needs and spatial requirements. From small items, like wall clocks, plaques or signs to big projects like bedroom suites and living room furniture, we have your needs covered. If you need a coffee table a little larger or smaller, want a special inlay, or want to make a certain statement, we can take care of that for you.
Sometimes, the old ways are still the best. For example, we use old fashioned mortise and tenon joinery in our casework and frames, while using modern equipment and technology. Our drawers are joined with dovetails or using a modern twist on the dovetail - the Isoloc Joint - whatever is appropriate for the piece. We can carve 3D flourishes, rosettas and various patterns into rails, table legs, bed posts, and more to fit your décor - just like they did in the old days, but using modern equipment instead of hammer and chisel. We're more than happy to answer any of your questions along the way.
We have been in business since April 2014 with over forty years woodworking experience. We primarily utilize hardwoods such as cherry, red oak, and maple. Other woods can be used upon availability and at the customer's request. If you have a specific type of wood or design in mind, we look forward to making your furniture ideas come to life. Feb 28, 2015Lee was very accommodating and easy to work with. The final product exceeded our expectations. The project was a cherry cutting board. It had to conform to the curved shape of our farm-house sink. I created a tightly specified, somewhat complex drawing and sent photos. Lee created a pine prototype from my drawing and sent it to me. After giving him some minor feedback he cut the final piece and delivered it. Lee was very easy to work with and did a nice job.

Dec 29, 2014I can't say enough good things about Foster Fine Furniture. We had a wonderful experience with them and would highly recommend them to prospective buyers. I requested a custom small table with a hidden cubby from them and they were the only firm that sent actual drawings on their initial response to my request. When I requested changes to the drawings, the communication was always very quick and we were able to finalize everything in an expedited time frame. When I was able to speak with Lee Foster, he was very nice and accommodating to all my requests. Lee put a personalized touch on this whole experience that made me feel comfortable with working with him. As for the quality of the product- I couldn't be happier with it. You can tell that Foster Fine Furniture really puts a lot of effort into their work and makes sure that everything is perfect. Even though this is a small table that may not be the center piece of the room, you can tell that it is very high quality and something that we look forward to enjoying for many years to come. The value of the product is the best part. Even though the quality of the product is extremely high, the price was extremely reasonable. When Lee responded to my initial request, his quote was a good 25-40% less than the other quotes that I received. I'd like to emphasize that quality was not sacrificed and Foster Fine Furniture gave me the best bang for the buck. Overall, the experience couldn't have gone better- great value, great communication, great quality. I would highly recommend Foster Fine Furniture to anyone looking for a great wood piece at a great price.
