Timely response on all questions and they provided thoughtful options to all our questions throughout the process. Communication with the shipper leaves room for improvement. Shipping is taking longer than expected, and have yet to receive response from them regarding tracking info. Anticipate we will be pleased with the final product when they arrive. He selected a large walnut slab after consultation with us and we worked closely together on the design and construction of our table.
