Modern Floating Credenza

Working with Amy was a breeze. She was very patient with someone totally inexperienced with woodworking. She held my hand throughout the entire process while still giving me freedom of choice. In the end, what matters most is that my item got here extremely fast, came out exactly as discussed, and elegantly designed to boot. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

We recently had a table made by a local woodworker. We quickly learned that there aren’t many “local” woodworkers who make chairs. Luckily we found Glessboards on Custommade and found a style we thought would compliment the table. Working with Amy was quick and simple. Glessboards have many options and are willing to change anything to make the furniture suited to your style. Amy and Nick are very kind, knowledgeable, and easy going. Throughout the project, they would send pictures of the progress and were ahead of schedule. When the chairs were finished, I drove to their workshop in Michigan to pick them up. We are very glad we chose to have them build these beautiful chairs which go very well with the table. Neat collaboration betweeen truly talented builders.

It was fantastic dealing with Amy at Glessboard's. She designed and made a beautiful bench. Then packed and shipped it to us in perfect condition. Attention to detail was clear at every step. She answered all of my questions and asked plenty of her own to make sure we were on the same page about my cutting board cooktop cover It was so securely packaged so there would be no damage during shipping Amy fit my project into her schedule so that I could have my cutting board as quickly as possible The cutting board is exactly what I wanted and looks beautiful in my kitchen I would be happy to use Amy for my next project Thank you Amy!!

It was a delight working with Amy on a very large desk for my home office. I was looking for a desk that would feel like a built-in once installed but which would have the solid wood character that distinguishes Amy's work. Amy worked with my sketch of my office and designed a 7.5' x 11' L-shaped desk that fit around an awkwardly-placed windowsill, could be easily carried to my second-floor office, and that could be broken down into smaller desks if I moved houses in the future. Amy is highly responsive, really clear, and my desk is beautiful. Shipping was terrific and reflected attention-to-detail that is evident in her furniture. I will be ordering more furniture from her.
