First, my husband and I love the buffet Amy and Nick built for us. IT is exactly what we hoped it would be. Amy really worked with me to make sure the designs for the buffet were perfect. This project took a while to complete because I took my time to be sure of every decision; Amy and Nick let me take that time without pressuring me to move more quickly. When it came to their work, they responded quickly and thoroughly and the piece was completed in a timely manner. There was very, very teeny oversight in the end product, which Amy and Nick remedied promptly. I could not be more pleased with my experience, and I would absolutely recommend anyone work with Glessboards. We would work with them again for any future projects. I had initial concerns about working with a business so many states away from my own; if that is your concern, I recommend you take a chance on Glessboards. Amy and Nick made the process easy and my concerns never materialized. The piece itself is beautifully constructed and absolutely feels like it will withstand the test of time. I used Amy and Nick (Glessboards) for a custom credenza for my dining room and the piece they delivered was excellent. The entire process was smooth and Amy kept me updated the entire process. She was very communicative and responsive plus she helped resolve some minor detail work that I hadn't provided at the outset. Their shop is about two hours away so I had them deliver my piece and they were on time and really helpful getting it into the house. This summer I was looking for the side tables to coordinate with existing furniture in my living room. I landed on Glessboard’s page. The pieces displayed exemplified fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. One particular photo showed a pair of walnut end tables. I liked the size and scale but wanted to modify the design a bit. Amy was open to reworking the table to meet my needs, prompt in response to any questions and professional throughout the entire process. The end result is a pair of beautiful walnut end tables that now include a small drawer to house coasters, remote controls or a couple DVD’s. These pieces are well built with fine walnut and extremely solid. I purchased 3/8” beveled glass to protect but still enjoy the tops ensuring they last a lifetime.
