I emailed Rose all the details of what we'd like on the stick to see it was possible, some of which was very specific to scouting and our troop. She got back to me immediately, and keep that level of communication thru the entire order process. Within a few days, our order was on it's way. We just received the hiking stick, and it is EXACTLY what we were hoping for...and more!!!
