This is a version of one of our industrial filing cabinets. It would fit well in an urban loft or industrial office setting. The file cabinet has been constructed with four heavy gauge steel vertical file drawers of equal height adorned with labeling placards. The drawers can be made at any height to accommodate items other than files and can be made with any number of drawers you desire (they make great industrial dressers!). The drawers have been outfitted with latches to reduce accidental openings. Locks could also be installed to secure your belongings. This industrial office file cabinet has been treated on the drawer faces and sides in a true chemical patina that gives it its distressed, antique character, lending to its vintage industrial or rustic style. This particular vertical file drawer cabinet measures 19" W x 20" D x 66" high and has a beautiful thick reclaimed wood top that overhangs the front. The reclaimed wood top gives this piece a beautiful rustic appearance but can be made with any of our reclaimed wood or made with a framed in steel top for a more classic file cabinet look. For those using this as a dresser, we can also make them with dovetailed wooden drawers (please indicate if you would like these at time of ordering).
