Beautiful antique tulip tree trestle table hand crafted from reclaimed floor joists and beams taken from a 1901 orchard barn in the Shenandoah Valley that was slated for the burn pile. Our 'Bauernhof' trestle tables are built in the Bavarian style and are guaranteed to last for generations, a real heirloom addition to any home. Shown here at 36 inches wide by 76 inches long, but each piece is created custom at time of ordering, so just let us know what you need!. Chairs and benches are additional. Optional company board extensions are also available.

Dec 2, 2016The bed fits beautifully in our bedroom. It is a great piece of furniture. There are some negatives I can complain about: the surface of the bed looks stunning. Amazing reclaimed wood, yet the structure of the bed itself looks like it was put together straight from home depot. All the planks are not sanded, full of splinters. We had to wear gloves to assemble the bed. Yet, once its on a floor, and all the inside materials are hidden, the bed is gorgeous, and it`s custom size fits perfectly. There was a couple of weeks of a delay. Yet I must admit, it was worth a wait.Thank you Mike and your company. I am sleeping on a very solid and beautiful bed now.

Apr 7, 2017The stools are beautiful & fit into our space wonderfully. The quality of the stools is very nice. We were promised they would ship in 6 weeks & they did not ship on time. There were storms on the east coast which delayed shipping; this was fine. The problem was that we asked for updates & received no communication until we contacted the Custom Made web site for assistance.

Oct 24, 2012Strong Oaks created the perfect piece for us. They by far exceeded our expectations when it came to craftsmanship. We took a gamble by proceeding with them without ever seeing there products in person, but it paid off. All the materials used were all reclaimed from local barns, right down to the hardware which was a welcomed surprise to us. Strong Oaks was able to execute my vision from one photograph, therefore I'd recommend them to anyone! Being local helped too! The only reason i didn't give them all A's was because we had some trouble coordinating the installation time. Otherwise, I was definitely impressed with this company.
